Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
1 egg
3 tablespoons maple syrup
¼ cup melted coconut oil
⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon almond milk
1 cup almond flour/pulp
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325*F.
In a bowl, mix all liquid ingredients until fully incorporated.
Add dry ingredients and continue mixing. Fold in chocolate chips with a spatula.
Transfer to a greased 10” cast iron pan. Sprinkle more chocolate chips and sea salt on top.
Bake for 20 minutos or until golden brown. Cool and enjoy!
